ORDER

The following reliefs are ordered to be given to the complainant within two months from the date of this order. 1. The excess amount of Rs.890/- recovered by opposite party-2 and 3 jointly and severally to be refunded with damage of Rs.1,000/- to the complainant. 2. Opposite party-1 has to fix the interest at the rate of 10% as per the society rate fixed for short term loan in the case of complainant and refund the excess amount recover already at the flat rate of 12.5% per annum. 3. Court cost by opposite party-1 Rs.250/-. The complaint is allowed.
