Matter was passed over. On the second call also, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Present revision petition came up for hearing for the first time on 28.11.2013. Since petition was filed defective, notice was issued to petitioner to remove the defects within three weeks and matter was adjourned for 20.1.2014. On that date, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner nor the defects have been removed within the specified period and as such matter has been listed for today, i.e. 11.3.2014. Notice was issued to petitioner by Registered AD Post on 30.1.2014. However, AD card has not been received. Since, more than 30 days have lapsed and as such petitioner shall be deemed to have been served. Till date, petitioner has not removed the defects nor there is any appearance on behalf of the petitioner since morning, the present revision petition stands dismissed in default.
