          This Execution Application  is filed by the Petitioner/Decree Holder  under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act,  praying for Penalizing  the Respondent/Judgement Debtor for non-compliance of the order in C.C. No. 128/2011 dated 17.09.2012 passed by this Forum.

       Petitioner is called absent. No other representation. It is seen that it is pending for filing of  objection from 27-02-2013 in spite no steps taken by the petitioner  which clearly reveals the disinterest of the petition in the progress of this case. Therefore there is no justification to pending further. Hence, Execution is dismissed for default. No Costs.
