Earlier this Revision Petition was dismissed for non prosecution on 07.1.2009.  On an application filed by the petitioner, we recalled our order dated 07.1.2009 dismissing the Revision Petition for non prosecution and restored the same to its original number.  The case was adjourned to 26.2.2010.  Counsel for the petitioner did                      not appear on the said date and the case was dismissed for non

prosecution for the second time.  Present application has been filed seeking restoration of Revision Petition which is declined.  Petitioner cannot be shown repeated indulgence.

          Misc. application stands dismissed.
