HON’BLE JUSTICE K. SURENDRA MOHAN: PRESIDENT

As per an interim order dated 21.11.2016 in I.A.No.237/2016 in C.C.No.209/2016 the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Kannur (hereinafter referred to as the District Forum for short) the Revision Petitioner has been directed to provide free service to the vehicle of the respondent, a Chevrolet SAIL, at their cost and expense by taking the car from Kannur to the nearest service station and to return the same to Kannur within two weeks.  This Revision is filed aggrieved by the said order.  Since the parties were not being represented, we have obtained information from the District Forum where C.C.No.209/2016 was pending.  We have been informed that the C.C. itself has been finally disposed of.  In view of the above this Revision Petition has become infructuous.  The Revision Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous.
