Respondent/J.Dr present. Petitioner/D.Hr called absent, inspite of receipt of notice. Hence, inspite of giving sufficient opportunity to the D.Hr. the D.Hr is not showing any interest to comply the orders of Hon’ble National Commissioner, New Delhi in Revision Petition No.527 of 2005, dt.13.03.2009, even the counsel for petitioner/D.Hr. reported no instructions. On the other hand the respondent/ J.Dr. is appearing before the Forum and reported ready. In these circumstanced, the E.A. is dismissed for default of D.Hr. but no costs in the circumstances.
