            This complaint filed u/Section-12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 prays to  handover the temporary certificate of registration original insurance documents, tax documents and such other all the document, excess amount of Rs.61,883/- collected from the complaint and  it’s interest, Rs.2,00,000/- towards damages for time loss and mental agony for unable to use his car due to the deficiency of service and negligence of the opposite party No.1 and Rs.5,000/- towards costs.                                                       .           

            This complaint coming on this day before us for hearing in the presence of                              Sri K. Surya Anjaneyulu, advocate for the complainant and Sri M. Alla Bakshu, advocate for the  opposite party No.1 and Sri E.S. Jagadeeshwar, advocate for the  opposite party No.2 and this Forum made the following:

ORDER

(ORDER BY  Sri M. SUBBARAYUDU NAIDU, PRESIDENT (F.A.C.)

For settlement.  Both  counsel and their parties are present  and filed a joint memo that settlement is arrived between them and the case is settled out of the Forum.  Hence, C.C. is  dismissed without costs.
