ORDER

1.       This appeal has been filed under section 19 of The Consumer Protection Act, 1986 in challenge to the Order dated 26.02.2020 of the State Commission in complaint no. 480 of 2018.

2.       Learned counsel for the appellants submits that this appeal had been filed against an interlocutory order of the State Commission.  However, during the pendency of the appeal, the concerned complaint case has been decided by the State Commission. As such the present appeal has become infructuous and the appellants therefore wish to withdraw the same.

3.       In the wake of the above submissions the instant first appeal no. 849 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn.

4.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the appeal and to their learned counsel immediately. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
