            This is a complaint filed u/s.12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for :

1. Directing the opposite parties to pay the complainant a sum of Rs.2,65,000/- being the value of the insured vehicle (car bearing registration No.PY-01-AY-8705) with interest at 12% per annum from 03.01.2012.
2. Directing the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the complainant towards compensation for the mental harassment, agony and stress caused to the complainant due to the unfair trade practice and deficiency in service of the opposite parties.
3. Directing the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- as cost and litigation expenses to the complainant towards this complaint.

This case was referred and settled before the Mega Lok Adalat on 06.12.2014, hence this matter was posted for report of settlement.

Today, the complaint was called. Both the parties and counsel called absent. No representation made.  In view of the Award passed by the Lok Adalat on 06.12.2014. This complaint is hereby closed as settled.
