When the matter is taken up for consideration, the Counsel for Revision Petitioner has made an endorsement on the Revision Petition and stated that he is withdrawing the Revision Petition.

In view of the endorsement made by Counsel for Revision Petitioner, he is permitted to withdraw the Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.   No order as to costs.
