Case posted to-day for final hearing. Complainant files hazira but absent on repeated call. OP No.2(two), 3(three) and 5(five) present through Advocates. OP No.1 appear personally. In the previous dates also, the Complainant field hazira but not present in the Forum at the time of call. So it is presumed that the Complainant is not interest to proceed with the case. Hence the Complainant case is dismissed for default.

Case is disposed off accordingly.
