Present:       None for the parties. 

                   Learned counsel for opposite party nos.2 to 5 had suffered a statement on dated 11.11.2016 that as per the instructions of the officials of the company i.e. ICICI Lombard, the company is ready to pay an amount of Rs. 1.00 lac (One Lac) in lieu of joint replacement of the complainant regarding card no.MD15-BGSSS-00230922-S as full and final settlement to the complainant within one month from the receiving of copy of this order and statement.  On the other hand, Sh. Hardev Singh, Special Attorney of Harjit Singh complainant had suffered a statement that he has heard the statement of ld. counsel for opposite party nos.2 to 5 and agree with the same and his complaint may please be disposed of accordingly.

                   In view of the above, the present complaint is disposed of with a direction to opposite party nos.2 to 5 to comply with the order, as per statement suffered by their counsel. Parties shall remain bound by their statements given above. File be consigned
