ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:
JUDGMENT
Complainants are residents of Cuttack District and opposite parties are also not residing within the jurisdiction of this Commission. So without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case we dismiss the consumer complaint on the ground of jurisdiction as stipulated U/s.34 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019. However, liberty is given to complainants to approach appropriate forum. Accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
