          This is a Misc. application filed on behalf of the applicant/complainant.

          Sri Neeraj Singh, learned Counsel for the applicant/complainant appeared.

          Heard learned Counsel for the applicant/complainant and perused the record.

          The submission of learned Counsel for the applicant is that the electricity connection has been removed by the opposite parties against which a complaint has been filed before the learned District Consumer Commission-I, Lucknow which has been registered as Complaint Case No. 66/2021.

          Having heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and seeing the peculiar facts of the case that the electricity supply of the complainant’s institution has been disconnected by the opposite parties, I deem it appropriate to request the learned District Consumer Commission-I, Lucknow to expedite the aforesaid complaint, being Complaint Case No. 66/2021, and decide the same at the earliest, if possible within two weeks from the production of the certified copy of this order.

          In case if the complaint itself may not be disposed of within the time indicated here-in-above, the learned District Consumer Commission will consider the interim application of the complainant and pass an appropriate order within the same time.

          With the aforesaid observation, misc. application is disposed of.

          Let copy of this order be made available to the parties as per rules.                The Stenographer is requested to upload this order on the website of this Commission at the earliest.
