No step is taken by the Complainant who is found absent on repeated call.

It appears from the record that the Complainant has failed to furnish requisite for issuing notice upon the O.P. on several occasions which shows that the Complainant is not interested to proceed with the case.

Hence it is ordered……..

That the case is disposed of for non-prosecution.

Both parties be supplied copy of this Judgement free of cost.
