The Learned Counsel for the complainant has moved an application for withdrawal of the present complaint case, on the ground that, the complainant wants to file Civil suit before the Court of Civil Judge, Agra. It appears from perusal of the record that, the present complaint case is already proceeding ex-parte against the opposite party therefore, there is none on behalf of the opposite parties. Since, the complainant wants to withdraw the present complaint, there is no justification for further proceedings in this case. This application is allowed and the complainant is permitted to withdraw the present complaint for filing before appropriate Forum / Court. Let record be consigned.
