          None appeared for the complainant. None appeared for the complainant on previous date also.

Perusal of complaint shows that the electric connection in respect of which complaint has been filed is for commercial purpose. As such the complainant is not a consumer as defined in Section 2(1)(d) of the Consumer Protection Act 1986.

In view of above complaint is not maintainable under the Consumer Protection Act. As such complaint is dismissed with liberty to the complainant to approach competent court or authority in accordance with law.
