                       This is a matter of 2016.

                        It appears that appellant is not interested to proceed with the case. Hence, the appeal is dismissed on non prosecution.

                 Learend counsel on behalf of appellant in F.A.141/2016 have filed enhancement of the amount of compensation but latter he does not want to place it.Therefor, it is disposed as not press.
