                                                                                                 JUDGMENT

            Complainant owner of multiple vehicles cannot be termed as a consumer as defined U/s.2(7) of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 as such the consumer complaint is not maintainable.

            However taking a linnet view, we direct that no coercive action may be taken if the complainant pays 50% of the EMIs amount due to be paid within a month and rest pending EMIs to be within 06 months thereafter. With the aforesaid observation and direction the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
