ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                               JUDGMENT

Complainant owner of multiple vehicles has filed the consumer complaint U/s.35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 seeking not to repossess TATA LPT 3718 COWL bearing Regd. No.OD-29-D-9717 till final settlement/disposal of consumer complaint.

Complainant took loan of Rs.28,80,000/- on 26.9.2017 to repay in 66 monthly EMI @ Rs.65,290/- commencing from 21.11.2017 to 21.02.2023. Complainant failed to pay and violated the agreement for which on apprehension of repossession complainant has filed the consumer complaint seeking aforesaid relief. Complainant is a defaulter of loan as per agreement and agreement period already over on 21.02.2023. The relation between complainant and opposite parties is that of Debtor and Creditor and we find no merit in the consumer complaint and accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.

Pronounced in the open Commission on this 14th March,2024.
