Today the case was fixed for final arguments. Heard. During the course of arguments we have come to the conclusion that the present complaint can be well disposed off by giving directions to the parties and accordingly the present complaint is disposed off with the direction to the complainant to approach the opposite party No. 2 within a period of 15 days for submitting of all relevant documents for deciding her claim and opposite party No. 2 is further directed to decide the claim within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of documents from the complainant and complaint is disposed off accordingly. Copy or order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room.
