Perused the complaint petition & documents. As per complaint petition, this is not a fit case under C.P Act, the Petitioner is not a Consumer as per petition. O.Ps are not Consumer to the Petitioner. It is a totally business matter case to dealt financial crises. This Forum is not a competent Forum to recovery the cash from O.Ps. The weightage of evidence filed by the Petitioner is very doubtful. The case is not allowed in this Forum as per C.P Act. Hence, it is rejected & disposed of.
