                                                                                             JUDGMENT

            Notice to opposite parties has been returned unserved with remark opposite party No.2 left, opposite party No.2 is the contesting party who had given loan. Though vide order dtd.08.12.2021 it was observed to take fresh step no action has been taken by complainant to serve notice on opposite party No.2 who is the contesting party in this case.

            This is a case of 2021 and as per Consumer Protection Act the consumer complaint should be disposed of within 90 days (03 months) but in this case more than 02 years passed but no step taken by complainant to serve notice on opposite party No.2. Hence the consumer complaint is dismissed for non prosecution. No cost.
