            The office of opposite parties No.2 & 3 is in Khurda & Cuttack respectively and opposite party No.1 is in State of Maharastra as such this Commission lacks jurisdiction to adjudicate this case. Accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed due to lack of territorial jurisdiction under Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (old Act). No cost.
