                                                                                           JUDGMENT

            Final Award under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been passed on 05.01.2024 i.e. prior to filing of consumer complaint. Hence this Commission has no power to adjudicate the issue.

            The complainant prays that he wants to settle the loan. If the complainant moves an application for OTS then the same may be considered sympathetically by opposite parties. With this observation and direction consumer complaint id disposed of. No cost.
