          Today, Ld. counsel for the applicant moved an application for putting up the file today and for dismissal of the execution being fully satisfied. On the request of Ld. counsel for the applicant, the file of the present execution taken up today and Ld. counsel for applicant has made the following statement

“Stated that the claim of the decree holder has been fully satisfied in the present execution and now nothing is due towards the Judgment Debtor of decree holder. I do not want to pursue the present execution further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.”

          In view of ibid statement, the present execution is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. From the perusal of last order of this Forum, it reveals that bailable warrants of the Judgment Debtors/ respondents have been issued in this case. However, the present execution has been dismissed as fully satisfied, therefore, the bailable warrants issued in this case be called back.  Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
