Present:       Sh. Dinesh Bhardwaj, Advocate for the complainant.

                    Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the bank (OP no.3) and thus, the complainant does not want to continue with the present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Heard.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn as the matter has been compromised in between both the parties. Certified copy of the order be supplied to both the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned after due compliance.
