Without discussing on the facts of the case as agreed and settled by counsel for both the parties in addition to draft amount of Rs.3,19,520/- vide Draft No.97637 dt.29.11.2022, complainant shall pay the Covid loan of Rs.1,20,000/- within 07 days and the vehicle shall released to the complainant by the opposite parties. The complainant shall pay Rs.6,35,000/- out of outstanding of Rs.14,78,000/- sum odd of another vehicle bearing No.OD-05-AE-3882 and rest Rs.1,10,000/- of Covid loan towards full and final settlement of claim within 45 days after payment of first installment. The vehicle shall be released after payment of first installment and in case the complainant fails to pay the amount within one and half month from the date of receipt of vehicle, the complainant shall pay another one lakh (Rs.1,00,000/-) to the opposite parties. With the aforesaid terms and conditions, the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
