Parties are present and filed their memo jointly stating therein that the O.P will support the customer/complainant for issue related to the break drum overhearing report complainant for a period of six months further the petitioner has no objection and will support the O.P regarding insurance claim against the alleged vehicle. With this term matter has been settled amicably.

In view of the said settlement of dispute between the parties case is closed and disposed of accordingly.
