                   Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.40 p.m. but  none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  This case is pending for notice to OP no. 1.  The OP no. 1 could not be served for want of registered cover and copy of complaint etc.  The complainant has failed to comply with the order by supplying the copy of complaint and registered cover despite various adjournments.  About a period of 2 years has passed but the complainant has failed to comply with the order.  From the perusal of the order sheets, it is transpired that since 20.09.2016 complainant or his counsel is not appearing in this case.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  The complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order. File be consigned to the records.
