JUDGMENT
Dispute between the parties relates to debtor and creditor. The agreement period between complainant and opposite parties have already expired on 15.7.2021. As the installment period was from 15.8.2016 to 15.7.2021 as revealed from account statement dt.21.6.2022 and as per Tripartite Agreement the vehicle was refinanced in favour of opposite party No.4 and opposite party No.4 has paid EMIs from 28.9.2019 onwards and dispute arose in between complainant and opposite party No.4 as opposite party No.4 was earlier managing the vehicle and paying EMI priorr to Tripartite Agreement. The agreement/contract period with opposite party No.4 has also expired on 28.8.2024 as revealed from account statement dt.31.5.2022.
Thus the entire dispute is in between complainant, opposite party No.4 and financer. No case has been make out as to how there is deficiency in service or unfair trade practice to get relief. Thus we find no merit in the consumer complaint and accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
