            Complainant owner of multiple vehicles filed C.C. No.389/2022, 396/2022 & 397/2022 before this Commission. It is settled law that person engaging multiple vehicles for earning profit cannot be termed as consumer as such the complainant cannot be termed as a consumer and accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
