This appeal was taken up for hearing on 13.10.2010 and at the time of hearing the counsel for both sides submitted that the parties have arrived at a settlement and that the appellants have agreed to pay Rs. 5,000/- to each respondent/complainant towards full and final settlement of the case and an endorsement has been made to that effect by the counsel for the appellants and the respondents.

          Hence appeal is disposed of as settled.
