Sh.Sahil Goyal, Advocate counsel for the  applicant/ DH has stated on oath that he has no instruction from Dheeraj Arora, applicant to proceed further and said  Dheeraj Kumar not met him  from the  last about 1 ½  years with regard to the matter in question and hence, this District Consumer Commission may pass the appropriate order in this regard.

In view of this, the present execution application  is dismissed for want of prosecution. File be consigned to record room after compliance.  However, liberty is granted to the applicant to file fresh execution/ application, if needed, as per the law.

 The previous execution application which is also attached with this execution is also ordered  to be consigned to record room.
