The complainant is absent without steps.

The record is marked with the repeated absence of the complainant and the case has sustained more than one adjournments due to the absence of the complainant. He has also neglected to file show cause in support of his repeated absence. It seems to us that the complainant has lost interest in the case and for that it is not possible for this Commission to run the case with the repeated absence of the complainant. We think this is a fit case for passing a dismissal order.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution; but without cost.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
