None is present on behalf of the petitioner. The matter was passed over. On the second call also none is present on behalf of the petitioner. As per proceedings dated 13th August, 2012 conducted before the Registrar of this Commission, the petition was filed defective though counsel for the petitioner had given undertaking to remove the defects within three weeks. Prior to that two opportunities had earlier been given to the petitioner to remove the defects. Till date the defects have not been removed. Copy of the proceedings dated 13th August, 2012 had been issued to the petitioner by registered post. AD card has been duly received back. But till date neither defects have been removed nor the petitioner is present. Under these circumstances, present revision petition stands dismissed in default as well as for non-compliance of the order.
