            Advocate for appellant filed a memo stating that on the last hearing date, the respondent no.3 had filed a memo that, the amount which was awarded by the District Commission was credited to the account of the complainant on 25-2-2019 and submits that the said award was complied. In fact, the amount was already paid to the bank by this appellant, but the respondent no.3 had not credited the amount for which the complainant filed a complaint before the District Commission. Hence prays to set aside the order passed by the District Commission against this appellant.

            On perusal of the certified copy of the order, we noticed that, the District Commission has directed this appellant to remit an amount of Rs.61,536/-  to the respondent no.4. On perusal of the statement of account, we noticed that the amount was remitted by this appellant and the same was credited to the account of complainant/respondent no.1. In view of the compliance made by this appellant, we consider the order was complied fully by this appellant. In view of that, the order passed by the District Commission against this appellant is hereby set aside and the rest of the order remains operative against the respondent no.4. As such the appeal is disposed off.

            Further the advocate for appellant deposited an amount of Rs.30,768/-  before this Commission. The office is directed to issue cheque in favour of this appellant by obtaining proper ID as the matter was complied.
