ORDER
SRI. T.S.P.MOOSATH: JUDICIAL MEMBER
Read the Order dated. 24/07/2018. The appellant paid cost of Rs. 5000/- by way of D.D in the name of the complainant and handed over the same to the complainant directly. The time for deposit of the amount of Rs. 30,000/- before the lower forum was extended as per order 4/9/2018. Appellant has produced the receipt regarding the deposit of amount of 30,000/- before the lower forum, as directed.
In the result the appeal is allowed. The order passed by the District Forum is set aside and the matter is remanded to the District Forum for fresh disposal. On receipt of the records the District Forum shall issue notice to both sides and dispose of the case afresh, after giving opportunity to the appellant / opposite party to file written version and to adduce evidence if any. The District forum shall dispose of the complaint a expeditiously as possible.
