                                                O R D E R

PER  S.P. SOOD, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

                   Mr. Nitin Sood, learned counsel for the Decree Holders-complainants has suffered a statement that in view of the order dated 22.11.2018 passed by this Commission, the Municipal Corporation, Ambala has allotted plot No.221 Palika Vihar, Ambala City, measuring 354.40 sq. yards to the Decree Holders-complainants and have also executed conveyance deed bearing registration No. 492 dated 12.05.2023 in the Office of Sub Registrar, Ambala in favour of Decree Holder-Complainants and as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the present execution application on behalf of the decree Holders-complainants being fully satisfied. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

2.                In view of the statement suffered by Mr. Nitin Sood, learned counsel for the Decree Holders-complainants, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

3.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

4.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.

5.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
