The complainant has filed this complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for seeking direction to pay a sum of Rs.41,059/- along with 18% interest per annum from the date of realization till the date of payment, towards refund of the amount deposited and to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- along with interest per annum for the loss and mental agony caused due to the deficiency in service and unfair trade practice and to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- towards the cost of proceedings.

Memo filed by both parties.  Memo recorded.  In view of memo complaint is dismissed as settled out of this commission.  No costs.
