ORDER

     Case taken up today as 07.07.2016 was declared a holiday on account of Eid-Ul-Fitr.

     Counsel for complainant has made an endorsement on the order sheet of the complaint and withdrawn this complaint with the permission to file fresh after removing the defects. In the interest of justice, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the complainant to file the fresh after removing the defects, if any.
