Today the case is fixed for consideration on the admissibility of complaint. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that the matter has been compromised between complainant and opposite parties and no dues is pending. He further stated that he does not want to pursue with the present case and withdraws the same.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.
