                   The ld.Counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the index of the complaint with regard to withdrawal of the present complaint on technical ground with liberty to file fresh one.   In this view of the matter, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.  However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action before an appropriate authority/Forum/Court.
