For complainant has suffered a statement that due to technical defect in the complaint, he withdraws this complaint and filed the same, after removing the defect. As such, he may kindly be allowed to withdraw the complaint with permission to file fresh, after removing the technical defect. Copy of the order may kindly be supplied.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.
