The complainant and his Ld. Advocate is present and he files a petition No.56/2020 stating that the complainant and the OP has come into an amicable settlement of the case and the OP has issued a cheque for Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lacs Fifty Thousand) only bearing cheque No.046664 dtd.14/09/2020 drawn is on Federal Bank, G.S. Road Branch, Guwahati in favour of the complainant as full and final settlement of the claim.

OP also requested by their Ld. Advocate with a petition No.57/2020 and confirms that the OP has issued the aforesaid cheque in favour of the complainant as full  and final settlement of the claim of the complainant.

Heard both sides, both the parties do not like to proceed with the case further and pray to dispose the case on compromise.

Considering the above settlement of the case outside the Forum, the prayer contained in both the petitions No.56/2020 and 57/2020 are allowed and the case is finally disposed off on compromise/withdrawal.

Keep the C/R with disposed case records.

Later on : OP prayes for a C/C of this order vide petition No.58/2020. Allowed. Issue as prayed for.
