The appellant (original complainant) preferred this appeal as he is aggrieved by the order for dismissal of the complaint on the ground on default of complainant to attend on 31.01.2014.

 

In order to give opportunity of hearing in larger interest of justice, we direct the parties to approach District Consumer Forum, Nagpur on 26.08.2016.

 

The learned District Forum below shall hear the complaint on merits in accordance with the law giving opportunities of hearing to the parties.

 

Appeal is allowed accordingly.

No order as to costs in this appeal.
