The Complainant filed a compermise petition through his learned advocate with the prayer to withdraw the complaint petition as the matter has been settled between both the parties with amicable settlement outside this Commission.In the petition learned counsel for the complainant stating that during pendency of the dispute the complainant and the o.Ps (L& T finance Ltd) has settled the matter amicable.Copy served on the learned counsel for the O.p without objection.

Heard.As the matter have been setlled between both the parties, this Commission has no hesitation to allow the petition and accordingly the complainant does not wat to proceed with case.

In view of the above submission,the consumer complaint Case No.130/21 is dismissed as withdrawn as not pressed.
