Jasvinder Singh vs. Lovely Telecom

 

ORDER

          Execution was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The execution has been settled.  Shri Jasvinder Singh, DH, have received an amount of           Rs. 4,000/- (Rupees four thousand only) from M/s. Super Cassette Industries Pvt. Ltd. (JD-2) as full and final settlement.   He has returned the mobile phone in question alongwith original bill to JD-2.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the execution stands satisfied.
