ORDER

In view of the statement of the parties recorded today, it is ordered that the opposite parties No. 1 and 3 shall pay to the complainant a sum of Rs,47,000- by way of cheque within a period of one month from today in full and final settlement. In case the opposite parties No. 1 and 3 failed to comply with the order of this Forum within the stipulated period, they shall be liable to pay to the complainant sum of Rs.1,00,000/-.
