Brief facts of the complaint are that complainant applied for admission in B-Tech ME (LEET). Complainant paid Rs.49500/- through receipt No.12102 dated 7/9/2008 and No.12137 dated 8/9/2008 subject to eligibility and merit. That the complainant was kept in darkness about running programmes of the classes. Complainant has filed this complaint for the refund of fee amounting to Rs.49500/-.<br /> 2. Notice was issued to the opposite party and Sh.R.K. Anand appeared on behalf of opposite party. Counsel for the opposite party has made statement that opposite party is ready to pay back 75% of the total amount of Rs.49500/- deposited by the complainant with the opposite party. So he requested that order be passed accordingly.<br /> Sh.M.S. Sethi counsel for complainant has made statement in the Forum that complainant is ready to receive 75% of the total amount as full and final payment and he does not want to pursue this complaint. On 19/12/2008 statement of Kamal Kant complainant was also recorded who stated that he is ready to receive the amount and complaint be decided accordingly.
